Before you come in
Consultations are free and confidential for prospective clients who are out of custody. Visits are by appointment at 2150 River Plaza Drive, Suite 140, in Sacramento, with plenty of free parking. When you reach the main lobby, text Eric. If someone is in custody, Eric is generally willing to meet with family or friends first.
Keep your notes private
Write your account of what happened for Eric only. Don’t share it, post it or discuss it with anyone else. Conversations with your lawyer are confidential; conversations with friends are not.
Fees
Fees are discussed at the end of the consultation and are normally quoted as a flat fee, based on the seriousness and complexity of the case.
